    • Access to me throughout your pregnancy for support/ questions/ help with anything.

    • 24/7 on-call support from 37 weeks of pregnancy until you deliver

    • 90 min prenatal appointment to go over your birth plan, preferences, and learning some movements to help with labor

    • 12 hours of continuous labor support (can be used for any period of labor that best supports you)

    • 90 min PP follow-up visit within 2 weeks of delivery

    • Free travel up to 40 miles from Gardner, MA

    • Access to an online client portal

      $1200

  • 1:1 in-person or virtual support to help with any feeding troubles
    including:
    -Latch/positioning help
    -Sore Nipples
    -Low Supply
    -Basic questions/support
    Free for Doula Clients
    $50 for virtual consult
    $100 for in-person support

  • • Emotional support and reassurance during the early postpartum period
    • Newborn care guidance (diapering, soothing, sleep basics, baby cues)
    • Feeding support (breastfeeding, pumping, bottle feeding, combo feeding)
    • Support for postpartum recovery and rest
    • Light household help related to baby care (tidying, dishes, laundry, meal prep)
    • Sibling care while mom attends to the baby
    • Newborn care while mom tends to her needs (shower/ nap etc)
    • Evidence-based education and resources
    • Space to ask questions, process your birth experience, and feel heard

  • This package is for the mamas who want all the support! It includes everything from the basic birth package & 8 additional 2-hour post-partum visits.
